Bravehearts Live! Is the name for a new monthly online meeting with Dr Spoudeas and some specially invited guests.
The sessions will take place once a month on a Wednesday evening with topics chosen by Helen with our survivors.
The first meetings are;
September: Why you MUST come to our Manchester Roadshow.
October: Tell us what you want, what you really, really want! This is your opportunity to set the Bravehearts Live! Agenda for 2025.
November: A survivors guide to University, Exams and Coursework
December: A Bravehearts Live! Christmas special “Ask Helen anything!”
January 2025: New jobs. New starts. New friendships. How to embrace change and make things happen!
NEW Bravehearts Live! GUIDES
At the end of each Bravehearts Live! we will be creating a Bravehearts Live! guide, which will contain the key content of the session, with links to further resources, as we develop the Bravehearts section of our website.
