We are excited to invite you to Success Connect, a growing network of dedicated hospital & community professionals providing diverse survivorship services which improve quality of life.
We also welcome individual patients & families who may wish to express a patient perspective on the recovery services needed.
The Aims of Success Connect
1) Establish and endorse a recovery pathway from diagnosis of brain tumour and life-long.
2) Identify gaps & emulate best practice in interdisciplinary rehabilitation.
3) Advocate for policy change and identify future Success Advocates to facilitate the pathway.
4) Create a national network of patients, families and survivorship professionals sharing needs, knowledge & research in a new field.
This is an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and drive real change for children and families impacted by brain tumours across the UK.
