The Government has today published its long-awaited National Cancer Plan, setting out its priorities for improving cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and support across the country.
Success Charity is proud to have contributed to the development of this plan by submitting evidence drawn directly from our work with people affected by cancer. Our submission reflected the real-world experiences, challenges, and priorities of patients, families, and communities we support every day.
We welcomed the opportunity to ensure that lived experience was represented in national decision-making.
We are currently digesting the plan and will issue public comment shortly.
We remain committed to working collaboratively to ensure that the ambitions set out in the National Cancer Plan translate into real improvements in outcomes and experiences for everyone impacted by cancer.
