We are very grateful to The Local Connections Fund, who have provided a grant to help fund our new Peer to Peer Mentoring Programme.
The Local Connections Fund was created by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and The National Lottery Community Fund, to help charities and community groups working to reduce loneliness, strengthen our communities and improve people’s lives.
